PÖYRY PLC Press release 11 August 2011 at 11.00 a.m.
Pöyry's Water & Environment business group has been awarded a EUR 1.1 million
contract for a non-revenue water supply project by the Coastal Water Service
Board, funded by the International Development Association (IDA) under the Water
and Sanitation Service Improvement Project. The assignment is for a period of
18 months and is estimated to be completed in January 2013.
The project will be undertaken by a team of experts from different fields with
technical, finance and human resources know-how. The project's objective is to
improve the technical and financial performance of the water services and to
facilitate the recruitment of a management operator after the completion of the

works, and technical assistance and capacity building to improve the client's

sector including technical planning and implementation, capacity building,
