At the trade fair for the aerospace industry, SLM Solutions will exhibit machines, processes, materials, and services of metal-based additive manufacturing.
Aero'Nov Connection is the most important aerospace event in the PACA region (Provence-Alpes-Côte d 'Azur). The Exhibition and Conferences aim to bring technology providers and suppliers of the aerospace industry together to promote the transfer of technical processes and collaboration between technology and business.
SLM Solutions is going to present additive SLM® manufacturing technology in Southern France. The process provides almost unlimited design freedom, which makes it possible to produce jet engines that have cleaner burning, improved durability and higher efficiency. Another advantage of this technology is the ability to integrate multiple components in one component, as a result of which joining processes can be avoided. Selective laser melting technology gives companies the opportunity to make their production process more efficient and employ higher degrees of freedom in product development.
