CLAAS presents MEKRA Lang with "Supplier of the Year 2018" award
(PresseBox) - CLAAS has awarded MEKRA Lang with the "Supplier of the Year" in the category Service thus honoring its many years of service quality and close technical cooperation.
During CLAAS' annual Supplier Day on January 16, 2019 in Harsewinkel, Germany, outstanding suppliers of the CLAAS Group were honored with the "Supplier of the Year" awards. MEKRA Lang is delighted to receive the "Supplier of the Year 2018" award in the category "Service".
In the laudation by Roland Sobisch (Head of Strategic Purchasing) and Christian Armagnac (Lead Buyer Electronics), the high quality of MEKRA Lang in a highly competitive environment was particularly appreciated: "Finding a winner for this category in 2018 was a real challenge [...], but our winner has managed to maintain a very high service level for many years. We see this in hard facts and have been measuring a constant KPI of over 95% for several years". Both praised MEKRA Lang's intensive cooperation with the international agricultural engineering company, in which MEKRA Lang is working hard on proposals to optimize, maintain and improve the production process of CLAAS products. With this long-term reliability and credibility, MEKRA Lang was able to place itself in the top 10 of 100 evaluated CLAAS suppliers.
