Farstad Shipping achieved an operating income of NOK 883.9 million for the 2nd
quarter. The operating profit (EBIT) was NOK 229.1 million. The profit after
taxes was NOK 119.7 million.
The operating income at 30.06.11 was NOK 1,684.9 million. The operating profit
(EBIT) was NOK 371.9 million. The profit after taxes was NOK 210.1 million.

Farstad Shipping's fleet currently consists of 57 vessels (32 AHTS, 23 PSV and
2 SUBSEA) and 6 PSV and 2 AHTS under construction. The company's operations are
managed from Aalesund, Aberdeen, Melbourne, Perth, Singapore, Macaé and Rio de
Janeiro with a total of 1970 employees engaged onshore and offshore. The
