(Thomson Reuters ONE) - SERABI MINING plc ("Serabi" or "the Company") Comment on recent share activityThe Directors of Serabi note recent activity in its shares andmovements in its share priceAs announced by the Company on 18 August 2009, the Directors'continue to work closely with its advisers on indentifying newpotential funding for the Company and progress discussions withparties that may result in the sale in whole or part of its miningand exploration assets. The Directors are also pursuingopportunities that might result in an injection of new capital eitherinto the Company or directly into its Brazilian operating subsidiary.In addition, the Company is also working to raise "soft loans" fromone of the Brazilian development agencies SUDAM.
