Possehl Online Solutions and XITASO decide on long-term cooperation

On March 9, 2021, Possehl Online Solutions GmbH and the software engineering company XITASO sealed their long-term cooperation. With the help of XITASO's expertise, Possehl Online Solutions GmbH intends to drive the development of its B2B e-commerce systems even faster.

Dr. Michael Schackert (Managing Director and COO at XITASO) and Alexander Wachter (Managing Director and CEO at Possehl Online Solutions) sealed the cooperation between the two companies for 2021 and 2022 on March 9, 2021. The contract signing took place in the newly occupied premises of Possehl Online Solutions in the Industrial Park Augsburg.
Digital solutions are increasingly required not only in B2C, but also in B2B areas. With the help of XITASO's expertise, Possehl Online Solutions GmbH intends to drive the development of its B2B e-commerce systems even faster. By joining forces, the corporate start-up Possehl Online Solutions, founded in December 2020, and the established software engineering company XITASO are responding to the rapidly growing demand for innovative e-commerce solutions.

Digital expertise and agility characterize the partnership

XITASO brings years of experience in software development of IT platforms. "XITASO optimally complements our competencies in the development of B2B e-commerce systems. This will benefit our customers, who will receive many innovative solutions in high quality even faster," explains Georg Schwarting, Technology Manager E-Business at Possehl Online Solutions.
In addition to the digital expertise that has grown over the years, both companies are also characterized by their agility. "We know XITASO from various projects prior to our founding and know that they live agile software development the way we do," Georg Schwarting compares the two IT service providers. "With XITASO, we at Possehl Online Solutions have found the perfect partner that matches our company and are looking forward to taking the next steps together," emphasizes Alexander Wachter.
