Nominations at CapMan Group
Göran Barsby and Mats Gullbrandsson have been nominated Senior Partners at
CapMan. Mari Simula has been nominated Sales & Marketing Director.
Mr Göran Barsby, M.Sc. (Econ.), (b. 1951) and Mr Mats Gullbrandsson, M.Sc.
(Econ.), (b. 1966) both joined CapMan's Buyout team in 2003 and have had an
instrumental role in establishing CapMan's buyout activities in Sweden. Since
2003 CapMan Buyout has invested in eight companies in Sweden and exited four of
them with excellent returns. The exited companies include Inflight, MQ, Proxima,
and Synerco. The current buyout portfolio in Sweden consists of Cederroth,
Metallfabriken Ljunghäll, Metals and Powders Technology, and Vanna.
Ms Mari Simula, M. Sc. (Eng.), (b.1982), joined CapMan in 2007. She has had an
active role in raising several funds at CapMan.
