selfio.de named "Industry Champion" in the DtGV Customer Award 2022/23
(PresseBox) - The online shop selfio.de, operated by Selfio GmbH, a subsidiary of 3U HOLDING AG (ISIN DE0005167902), received several awards in this year's German Customer Awards of the DtGV (German Association for Consumer Studies mbH, Berlin). The study results show that selfio.de is one of the best online providers of heating systems from the point of view of the customers surveyed. In the category "Customer Satisfaction", selfio.de took 1st place and was thus named the industry champion. In the "price-performance ratio" category, selfio.de ranked third.
The DtGV evaluation was based on more than 339,000 customer opinions on a total of 2,589 companies from 258 sectors. For the online survey, the panel lists were selected according to socio-demographic characteristics so that they represented a representative cross-section of the population. Only ratings from people who were actually customers of the rated company in the last three years were included.
The largest and most important providers in the respective industry are represented among the participating companies. They were determined by DtGV in its own research and were not themselves involved in the survey. The evaluation took into account companies for which at least 100 evaluations were submitted.
"At selfio.de, customers not only find state-of-the-art home technology, but also support for their project - and that already from the planning phase," Selfio Managing Director Roger Moore emphasises. "Unlike many other online shops, our well-trained employees can also be reached by phone and have one or two tips from practical experience at the ready. This has certainly been an important factor for the excellent rating."
