Eagle Celebrates 15 Years in Business With Two Significant Milestones
Ottawa Company Announces Its First $100 Million Year AND Boasts $1 Billion Overall Revenues Since Inception
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/22/11 -- Eagle celebrated its 15th birthday on September 1st and there was much to celebrate! For the first time in its history, Eagle's revenues exceeded $100 million with actual revenues of $110.5 million. Eagle also celebrated a $1 billion benchmark, representing total revenues since the company was founded in 1996. These achievements are of particular significance for the professional staffing company as they follow a turbulent economic period felt around the world.
Eagle's strong IT contract staffing business, in addition to the emergence of several new offerings resulted in 28% year-over-year growth from fiscal 2010 revenues of $86 million. Throughout this past fiscal year, Eagle expanded its permanent placement services, strengthened a new finance/accounting division and introduced an executive/management consulting line of business. These new lines of business are expected to contribute to ongoing growth in the coming years.
Throughout the year, Eagle also continued its commitment to charitable organizations. The company has a long track record of sharing its success along the way, contributing literally millions of dollars and thousands of volunteer hours to many charities across Canada over the last 15 years.
