QUASH ANNOUNCES SHARE CONSOLIDATION IN LINE WITH NEW LISTING REQUIREMENTS
ON FRANKFURT STOCK EXCHANGE
Quash Products is pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed at
the EGM held on 29th September.
One of the resolutions was for the company to undertake a share
consolidation so that the par value per share is GBP0.10. As such a 4:1
consolidation has taken place and the new securities will be admitted to
trading tomorrow morning.
Following the consolidation and the issuing of new placing shares, the
total shares in issue will be 6,695,681
The new ISIN is GB00B743N599.
Quash continues to pursue its strategy as set out in the announcement on
the 12th September 2011.
