The subscription price for equity certificates in public rights
issue, supplementing private placing
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - The board of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank resolved at a meeting on 19 Octoberto propose to the bank's Supervisory Committee a subscription priceof NOK 35 per new equity certificate in the following issues:1) Public rights issue and the supplementing private placing toGjensidige Forsikring BA2) Private placing to employeesFurther information of the issues can be found in the press releaseof 25 September 2009.Owners of equity certificates as of 20 October 2009 will be assignedsubscription rights. First day of listing excluding subscriptionrights will be 21 October 2009. Based on the proposal for thesubscription price, existing owners will have the right to subscribefor new equity certificates corresponding to 10.56 percent ofexisting equity certificates in the public rights issue. It will beissued 0.1056 subscription rights per existing equity certificate (toother owners than Gjensidige Forsikring BA), and it requires onesubscription right to be granted one new equity certificate.The subscription price is 25.5 percent lower than the volume weightedaverage price last 5 trading days, adjusted for the value of thesubscription right.20.
