Munich, 4. October 2011. KINGHERO AG, the German Holding company of a
fast-growing Chinese fashion company, announces the following change in the
Supervisory Board: the chairman of the Board, Mr. Marcus Wenzel, will
resign from office by 31 October 2011. Effective from 01 November 2011, Mr.
Kaufhold shall be his successor by legal appointment and he has agreed to
be available as the chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Regarding the reason for his resignation, Mr. Wenzel pointed to the
increasing challenges from his other professional activities. In any case,
he is satisfied with the latest business development of the company which,
thanks to its strong growth after the IPO last year, is on the right track.
The Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board would like to express
their gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Wenzel for his valuable
contributions to the company during his tenure of service, particularly
with regard to the IPO of Kinghero AG.
Mr. Gerrit Kaufhold is auditor and tax consultant. He has been working at
Dr. Schmitz&Partner / HRG Hansische Revisions-Gesellschaft mbH, Hamburg
since 2005. Prior to this he was employed at Deutsche Bank, Arthur Andersen
and Esche Schümann Commichau.
