eQ Pankki terminates market liquidity contract on Alma Media shares

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Alma Media Corporation Stock Exchange Release 22 October 2009 at12:05EQ PANKKI TERMINATES MARKET LIQUIDITY CONTRACT ON ALMA MEDIA SHARESAlma Media has received a notification from eQ Pankki Oy to theeffect that eQ Pankki terminates the Liquidity Providing contractbetween Alma Media and eQ Pankki. According to the notification, thecontract will be terminated in connection with the decision of eQPankki's new owner, Nordnet, to discontinue the provision of LPcontracts as a line of business.Under the contract between Alma Media and eQ Pankki, eQ Pankkiguarantees bid and ask prices for Alma Media shares with a maximumspread of 3%. The contract has been in effect since 2005 with anotice period of one month.
