Frankfurt am Main, October 11th, 2011. Following the third quarter 2011,
HERING SCHUPPENER Consulting continues to lead the German M&A league tables
by mergermarket. As in the first and second quarter of this year, the
strategic communications consultancy reached the top position in Germany
after nine months in both categories number and volume of transactions.
From January 1st to September 30th, 2011, HERING SCHUPPENER advised on 21
mergers and acquisitions with involvements of German companies. The total
volume of transactions reached around US$71.1 billion (approximately
EUR53.1 billion).
An international comparison also shows that HERING SCHUPPENER ranks among
the most successful communications consultancy firms. The company is a
founding member of the AMO network, a global consortium of leading
consulting firms for financial and corporate communications. With 37
