Brilon, 13. October 2011: solarhybrid AG (ISIN: DE000A0LR456) the
specialist provider of large scale photovoltaic power plants has obtained a
credit rating of BBB+ from Creditreform Rating AG.
During a strict rating process lasting several weeks, the company furnished
information on its business model, its markets, its trading and its
finances. Covered by the audit were in particular the company's project and
risk management capabilities, as well as its financial controlling systems.

solarhybrid AG is project developer and general contractor for turn-key
photovoltaic power projects at utility scale. The company offers the

- Project development and co-development
- Financing and structuring

Project financing, structuring and marketing are all carried out by

Contracts for a further 123 megawatts are set to be awarded in the near
