regulations of Open Market
Brandenburg an der Havel, Germany, October 17, 2011 - Since 2011 the Open
Market ('Freiverkehr') of Deutsche Börse AG has stricter regulations. As a
result, companies have to prove a minimum nominal value of 0.10 EUR per
share and equity of minimum 500,000.00 EUR.
COMplus Technologies SE has already handed over the proof of equity and
minimum nominal value to Deutsche Börse AG. Thus, COMplus Technologies SE
complies with the new, strict regulations of Deutsche Börse AG.
COMplus Technologies SE expects confirmation of Deutsche Börse AG at the
end of the week and will release it additionally.
