Telenor's new satellite, THOR 6, successfully launched
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - (Kourou, French Guiana, 30 October 2009) Telenor SatelliteBroadcasting is pleased to announce the successful launch of its newgeo stationary satellite, THOR 6.THOR 6 was successfully launched from the Guiana Spaceport at 21:00CET, October, 29, onboard the Ariane 5 ECA launcher. This isArianespace's 34th consecutive successful launch.
