Junge individually, by its US GovernmentServices business, Wackenhut Services, Inc. ("WSI") for a cashconsideration of $59.9m on an enterprise value basis.All Star is one of the premier facilities management and baseoperations support companies providing services to the US Government.The acquisition of All Star supports the group's strategy ofexpanding its capability in providing secure facilities managementservices in the high-security government sector.All Star's portfolio of customers includes the US Department ofDefense, Department of Energy, General Services Administration, theInternal Revenue Service and the US Postal Service.
