KINGHERO AG expands flagship store network

Munich, November 15, 2011. KINGHERO AG, the German holding company of a
fast-growing Chinese fashion company, has opened further flagship stores.
As of 31 October 2011 the company operates 38 flagship stores.
In Q3 2011 KINGHERO inaugurated 13 flagship stores and another 6 in October
2011. The new flagship stores are located in cities such as Xiamen,
Zhangzhou, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Chongqing. The stores are in operation
and receiving a good response from customers and are generating the
expected sales.
Altogether, KINGHERO already opened 33 new flagship stores since the
beginning of this year. 'We confirm our target of increasing the number of
flagship stores to 65 by the end of 2011. This growth will be financed by
the funds from our capital increase in May 2011,' states Zhang Yu, CEO and
founder of KINGHERO. The company expects this strategy to lead not only to
high-margin sales growth but also to an improvement in brand management.
