Berlin - 21 November, 2011. Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG, a specialist
in energy efficiency and autonomous power solutions, has successfully
completed its capital increase in exchange for cash from authorized capital
without shareholder subscription rights by issuing 438,473 new bearer
shares at EUR 5.60 per share mostly among existing shareholders.
The company raised gross proceeds of EUR 2.5 million. Its share capital
will increase from EUR 4.385 million to EUR 4.823 million.
Ayad Abul-Ella, CEO of Energy Solutions AG, said: 'Especially in light of
the current situation on the capital markets we are delighted about this
successful capital increase. It is a great sign for the continued belief of
our major shareholders in the successful development of Heliocentris. The
capital raised allows us the rapid expansion of our industrial business
which is the basis of the strong growth planned for 2012. Also I am fully
convinced of this opportunity and look forward to subscribe myself for
nearly 20,000 shares.'
With the capital raised the company plans to further drive the expansion of
the business especially the start of industrial scaling of our solutions.

generators with energy storage such as batteries and the own hydrogen fuel
cell based storage solutions based on our scalable energy management
solutions. Heliocentris has already successfully demonstrated its expertise
in this area in numerous projects with renowned partners across the world.

learning and research systems for fuel cell and solar hydrogen technology
