(Thomson Reuters ONE) - CapMan Stock Exchange Announcement 3 December 2009 11.00 a.m.B-shares subscribed with stock options 2003B in CapMan PlcA total of 566,301 B-shares in CapMan Plc have been subscribed forwith stock options 2003B during 16 September - 31 October 2009. Theshare subscription price was EUR 1.19 per share with stock options2003B. The share subscription price will be recorded in the Company'sinvested unrestricted shareholders' equity. The share subscriptionperiod for stock options 2003B began in October 2007. The stockoption scheme is based on the resolution by the Annual GeneralMeeting of Shareholders on 9 April 2003.These B-shares, 566,301 in total, have been entered into the TradeRegister on 3 December 2009. As a result of the increase, the numberof the Company's B-shares is 78,281,766.
