The twobuildings, with a total surface area of 50,000 m², share a two-storeyunderground building. Imtech's extremely energy-efficient solutionsmake it possible - even before construction begins - for thebuilding, as the first building in the new HafenCity, to receive the'gold environmental standard' pre-certificate.'Media Factory' in MunichAcross from the 'Alten Messe' (exhibition area) in Munich, ahigh-tech 'Media Factory' is being built in the form of an attractiveFeng Shui campus. The complex consists of a great number of studios,pavilions and design offices and is intended for the creativeindustry, such as design agencies, architects and representativesfrom the fashion and film industries. In addition to varioustwo-storey, customisable designer 'lofts' (spaces divided into zonesfrom 120 m² to a maximum of 400 m²), the complex also includes anindustrial warehouse built around 1900, a storage and work area fromthe sixties and a modern, underground parking garage. Theharmonisation of the Feng Shui architecture between existing and newbuildings is receiving special attention. Imtech is responsible forthe complete technology package, which meets the highestsustainability requirements.Hotusa Hotel in BerlinImtech is also supplying the complete, sustainable technicalinfrastructure in the new Hotusa Hotel in Berlin.
