Full-service IT provider Sycor is systematically expanding its range of IT services by acquiring a majority shareholding in IQ GmbH, IT und Kommunikationssysteme (IQ GmbH IT and Communications Systems) as of 1 January 2012. The 25 employees of IQ GmbH will strengthen the Sycor Group in the areas of software asset management and licensing solutions as well as unified communications. The company will remain at its Munich location.
(firmenpresse) - (Göttingen) Effective 1 January 2012, the Sycor Group is a majority shareholder in Munich-based IQ GmbH, the world's first Microsoft Gold Competence Partner. "IQ GmbH's expertise is the perfect complement to our range of IT services. Through Microsoft-based solutions, the company's 25 employees will consistently enhance several lines of business for Sycor, especially software asset management, license management and unified communications," explains Rüdiger Krumes, CEO of SYCOR GmbH. In this way, Sycor is strengthening its position as a full-service IT provider and expanding its market presence in Germany through a new location in Munich. The company will retain its location in Munich as well as its brand identity and corporate design.
