ALMA MEDIA TO STRENGTHEN ITS FINANCIAL POSITION
Alma Media Corporation has signed a credit facility for EUR 35 Million with SEB.
The credit facility, valid until 19 December 2012, further strengthens the
financing structure and liquidity of Alma Media Group and diversifies the range
of available financial instruments. Alma Media also has the right to extend the
period of validity of the credit facility further by one year.
In September 30, 2011, Alma Media's interest-bearing net debt amounted to EUR
-12.4 Million and gearing ratio was -13.3%.
