Reporta AG Presents the SaaS Solution for Enterprise Control at CeBIT Studio Middle Class

(firmenpresse) - There is nothing more outdated than the “up-to-date” business analysis from the accounting department. However, these days many entrepreneurs still try to keep their company on target with the obsolete data from these analyses. Reporta Controlling Systems AG proves there is an easier way of keeping up to date with the SaaS tool offered by the mentioned Hamburg based start-up company. The SaaS tool supplies enterprise data in real-time and is available 24 hours a day from any location in the world through an Internet connection. Peter Dibbern, Reporta Member of the Executive Board, will declare “the end of outdated figures” at the CeBIT Studio Middle Class (“Studio Mittelstand”) in March 2010.

tl_files/images/cb10_logo_en.png“Every entrepreneur has to decide whether he wants to continue working with outdated figures, or not. He should not be surprised about his lack of knowledge of his business’ up-to-date liquidity, how his company is positioned economically or how profitable a certain project is”, says Peter Dibbern. In the past entrepreneurs had to accept delays of up to several weeks created by inefficient data entry processes, traditional accounting procedures and offline data processing systems. With the help of the Reporta SaaS tool, entrepreneurs can for the first time easily work with real-time, online operating figures. The opportunities arising from the Reporta SaaS tool will be illustrated by Peter Dibbern on Thursday, 4 March 2010 at 16h00 at the CeBIT Studio Middle Class.

Reporta is positioned as a pure “software as a service” tool in the Cloud Computing market, the strongest growth market in the IT industry worldwide. With Reporta, the customer does not need to invest in additional hardware, software or manpower as you only pay for what you use. The browser is transferred into an operating system and all data is available to the customer via the Internet.

Reporta provides time tracking, project management, controlling, business intelligence and accounting in real-time, simultaneously cross-linked on all levels. This is enabled via the trendsetting programming language “Ruby on Rails” which allows data to be downloaded and cross-linked in a split second. This feature is one of the main reasons why enterprises like Twitter.com rely on this programming language.

At the CeBIT Studio in Hall 2, medium-sized businesses will be introduced to the interactive Web 2.0 world and the program will be broadcasted live via the Internet. Afterwards the articles can be viewed on demand via the Internet for up to three months.

The iPhone applications for time tracking and business analysis make the system even more mobile. These applications will be showcased at CeBIT on Wednesday, 3 March 2010, at the OS X Business Park. The topic that will be discussed is “The Best of (iPhone) Mobility Solutions”. The theme park is based in Hall 2 opposite the main entrance / Stand A20 and is an important part of the CeBIT Guided Tours.
