Pöyry provides project management services for large retail store in China

Pöyry has been awarded a project management services assignment in China by a
world-leading company in the retail sector for a new retail store. The contract
value is EUR 2.0 million and will be booked in the Urban business group order
stock of the second quarter of 2012. The work starts immediately and the
estimated duration of Pöyry's services is 27 months.
Pöyry's complete services include engineering design management, procurement
management, construction quality management, cost control, schedule control,
HSSE (health, safety, security and environment) management, authority permit
support, and testing and commissioning support for a new retail store.
Located in a major city in western China, the new store building includes total
retail area of over 40,000 m(2) and over 1,500 parking spaces.
Pöyry has previously worked with the client and successfully delivered project
management services in China and in Russia. Pöyry has expertise in the retail
sector in consulting, design and project management.
