LONDON – 22nd June 2012 - Now Advertising Production PLC (Frankfurt Stock Exchange Deutsche Börse symbol: 7NW.F) has retained the law offices of Suarez and Reyes to conduct the due diligence and assist the company in preparing the prospectus and rolling out the necessary steps to upgrade its listing to the Entry Standard Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange before the end of September, 2012.
Now Advertising has taken the decision to prepare a prospectus and deliver audited financial statement in order to upgrade to the Entry Standard Board before the First Quotation Board, on which the company currently trades, is permanently closed by the end of September 2012. This will allow the company to maintain an active market for the trading of its shares, and provide improved transparency and information to investors on the company's plans for continued exponential growth.
