SEM-ART Gallery, situated in the Carré d'Or in Monaco, was set up by Safia Al-
Rashid in the summer of 2010, and it is the newest gallery there. While
developing the gallery, Safia's central concern was to create a link between the
modern and contemporary art worlds. She decided that the best way to do this was
to work geographically, showing the major recognised and upcoming artists of
each country. SEM-ART also intends to organise a design show every year and to
collaborate with leading names in photography.
According to Alexandra Levkov, spokesperson for Property4East, Safia Al Rashid
is not only known for SEM-Gallery, but also for her passion & love creations
from her own jewellery line, and stunning interiors of exclusive property and
private jets. Since Property4East shares this same passion, our clientele's
interests in exclusive property and contemporary art are very closely connected.

through its media channels, but also through Leon Magazine Luxembourg, which is

Delvoye were published and well received in the earlier issues of Leon Magazine
Luxemburg. Today, ZHANG YU - Fingerprints collection can now be viewed in SEM-
ART.
