Navigator Equity Solutions SE announces results for the fiscal year 2011
and the change of listing segment of IT Competence Group SE to the Entry
Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
Waalre, June 30, 2012 - Navigator Equity Solutions SE hereby announces its
results for the fiscal year 2012. In 2011 Navigator Equity Solutions
changed its accounting policy from IFRS to Dutch GAAP. The comparative
figures 2011 have been adopted for this new accounting policy.
In the fiscal year 2011, the group generated total revenues of 13.3m euros
(2010: 10.9m euros). These were made up from 15.5m euros (2010: 10.7m
euros) at our operating subsidiaries IT Competence Group SE and The ACON
Group SE as well as -3.8m euros (2010: 1.1m euros) from investments held
for trading.
Operating income (EBIT) for the period amounted to -4.9m euros (2010: -0.7m
euros). The result after tax amounts to -4.5m euro (2010: 0.3m euro). This
figure was negatively affected in particular by devaluation of listed
investments to account for the negative performance on the capital markets
in the second half of 2011.
The individual balance sheet items have developed as follows:
The group's balance sheet total was down from 10.8m euros to 7.9m euros.
Current assets were reduced from 16.2m euros to 10.6m euros. Cash and cash
equivalents are reduced from 3.6m euros to 2.4m euros .
The group's total equity was reduced from 8.9m euros to 4.2m euros The
group's equity ratio as of December 31, 2011 amounts to 53.2%.
The company's management believes that Navigator Equity Solutions SE is
well positioned to generate positive consolidated net income in the year
2012.
The Annual Report will be published today in the Investor Relations section
of Navigator's website at www.navigator-equity.com.
Further Navigator Equity Solutions SE announces that IT Competence Group SE
changes the listing segment from the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange to the Entry Standard. The first trading day in Entry Standard is
June 30, 2012.
Given the restructuring of the Open Market, the management board of IT
Competence Group SE has decided to cater to an increased interest by
institutional investors' accounts and transfer it's listing to the Entry
Standard of the German Stock Exchange. Entry Standard is a section of
Frankfurt Stock Exchange's open market with higher standards than required
by law, which insures greater transparency.
