Curcas Oil N.V. signs supply contract
Amsterdam, The Netherlands, February 18th, 2010
The Thai subsidiary of Curcas Oil N.V., Alternative Energy Manufacturing
(Thailand) Ltd., signed a supply contract with a Korean customer of the
biodiesel industry for duration of three years. This contract has a value
of over 7mn EUR at current market prices. In 2010 and 2011 the deliveries
will be gradually increased to reach a yearly volume of 10,000MT of
Jatropha crude oil in 2012.
Currently the Korean customer for the Jatropha oil is also doing extensive
testing on the Jatropha press cake, which, on positive test results, shall
also be included in the supply contract.
