TCN Systems Acquires CleanAirTek
TORONTO, March 23, 2010 - TCN Systems Group, Inc. (Frankfurt Stock
Exchange: 4GX) announced today that it has acquired CleanAirTek
International, Inc., a Florida based emission reduction and fuel efficiency
technology company. The company expects to combine management and operate
under a unified brand and has accordingly filed a name change to
CleanAirTek Holdings, Inc.
