The Worlddidac - October 24 to 26, 2012 in Basel, is the global trade fair
for educational resources. As a leader in renewable energy systems
Heliocentris will present its new solutions to the industry's trade fair.
As part of Heliocentris' strategy for profitable growth the company
reshaped its Academia business profile and consequently formed a
stand-alone Business Unit called Education, Training&Research (ETR).
Heliocentris has appointed a new General Manager, Mr. Oliver Oelze, to
ensure a stringent business orientation and drive the profitable growth of
the ETR business within the Heliocentris Group. Mr. Oliver Oelze has
gained over the last more than 15 years extensive Management experience at
Tier 1 Corporations like Siemens, Infineon and Corning.
Ayad Abul-Ella, CEO of Heliocentris said: 'It is truly energizing to have

Heliocentris will debut a new hybrid energy system - The Renewable Energy
Trainer - as a key piece of their Trainer family, particularly for the 10th
grade plus, university approach and vocational training.
The Renewable Energy Trainer generates its electrical energy from wind and
solar power. With the connection of a photovoltaic system and wind power,
combined with an innovative storage technology, a comprehensive basis of
regenerative energies is provided. The Renewable Energy Trainer is the
ideal expansion for the Nexa(R) Training System and the Fuel Cell Trainer.
This makes it possible to implement interesting projects dealing with
regenerative energy production and autarkic energy supply. With the
Renewable Energy Trainer the entire energy conversion is represented - from
the source to the storage to the consumer. This enables students to
experience a first-class hand on experience as well as to gain scientific
research capabilities.
'Visitors at our hall 5.0 at booth No. D50 will also have the opportunity
to learn about the new Hydrogen Generator HG100, This is the first of
multiple Electrolyzer products to come based on Acta's innovative alkaline
membrane technology. This Product Line will allow our customers especially
in the field of applied research and technical training to experience,
learn and demonstrate the specialities of local hydrogen generation
especially for seasonal storage and back up applications at industrial
grade levels', added Ayad Abul-Ella.
This cooperation enables Heliocentris to offer cost efficient hydrogen
generation as Heliocentris has obtained the worldwide exclusive license for
certain laboratory and educational and training applications with this
revolutionary technology. Acta and Heliocentris will jointly finalize the
development of the HG100 to make it perfectly suitable for the Academia
product portfolio. Heliocentris expects a fruitful cooperation while
combining the two core competencies of both companies.
