Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG plans capital increase for cash
contributions
Berlin, 13th November 2012 - Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG resolved
yesterday to increase the company's stated capital for cash contributions.
The capital increase shall not exceed 10% of the company's stated capital.
The subcription price for the shares was set at EUR 6.00 per share, the
subscription rights of the shareholders will be excluded. With the capital
raised the company plans to further drive the expansion of the business.
The capital measure will be handled by Lang&Schwarz.
