Haldane McCall Plc: BaFin's approval process before completion
Application for listing on the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange follows
Douglas, Isle of Man, 30. November 2012: Haldane McCall PLC (Frankfurt: WKN A1J3U8, HMK1), a European company that invests in emerging markets in Africa, confirms the imminent conclusion of the BaFin approval process.
On Wednesday, the company was informed by the BaFin that the application on approval of the prospectus was not rejected. For the final approval further information and formal changes in the prospectus has been requested.
Haldane McCall will pass on the information and changes within a week to BaFin. At the same time the company applies for a listing on the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, so then after the approval of the prospectus, the stock immediately listed on the Entry Standard.
The company will shortly announce further information on the prospectus and the stock exchange listing.
