Heliocentris gains new investors

Berlin, 26 February 2013 - Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG announces the
successful completion of a capital increase for cash contributions. The
capital increase was carried out of the authorized capital. A total of
250,000 non-par value registered shares at a subscription price of EUR 6.00
per share were acquired by selected investors and strategic partners of the
company. As a result, Heliocentris received gross proceeds (before
expenses) from the issue in an amount of EUR 1.5m which are to be used for
further expansion of the business.

the UK for Heliocentris. This demonstrates the sustained interest also
among international investors in our growth strategy. Furthermore, it is
another important milestone for us for the further scaling of our business
and thus the achievement of break-even' commented Andras Gosztonyi, CFO of
Heliocentris AG.
