Frankfurt, April 16, 2013. HERING SCHUPPENER Consulting continues to top
the M&A league tables published by mergermarket. In the first quarter of
2013 the strategic consultancy for communications once again defended its
number one position in the German market - both in terms of volume and
value of transactions.
In the first three months of the current year, HERING SCHUPPENER advised on
four transactions involving German companies. The total value of the
transactions reached EUR1.57 billion (approx. US$2.06 billion). Since 2004,
HERING SCHUPPENER Consulting has accompanied 271 transactions with a total
value of around EUR287.8 billion.
