(TSX VENTURE: SWN) ("Selwyn") announced a change of venue for its upcoming annual general and special meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held in Vancouver on April 22, 2013. The location of the meeting will now be at Room 1430 (Segal Centre) at Harbour Centre, 515 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC. The anticipated start time for the meeting remains unchanged at 10:00 a.m. Vancouver time.
