Klövern increases its shareholding in Tribona

Klövern AB (publ) has acquired an additional 3,612,354 shares in Tribona ASA
("Tribona").

After the acquisition, Klövern holds 10 743 999 shares, corresponding to 27.6
per cent of the total number of shares in Tribona.

Tribona (former Northern Logistic Property) specialize in modern, strategically
located logistic properties.
