AGO AG Energie + Anlagen receives follow-up order from key customer in the
food industry
- Molkerei Gropper GmbH&Co. KG makes follow-up order concerning the
expansion of the energy centre with electrical output of 2 MW and
refrigeration capacity of 505 kW at -6.7 C
Kulmbach, 18 July 2013: Following the successful completion of the project
for Molkerei Gropper in late 2012, AGO AG Energie + Anlagen (WKN: A1TNL4,
ISIN: DE000A1TNL44) has received a follow-up order to build a further
tri-generation plant linked to a water absorption chiller.
'Due to the heat recovery concept (approximately 1/3 steam and 2/3
cooling), we have been able to operate the CHP with optimum efficiency - 24
hours a day, 7 days a week,' said Karl Klein, Head of Production and
Technology at Molkerei Gropper GmbH&Co. KG.
After such positive experiences with the system and the huge energy savings
it brings, the family owned company once again opted for AGO AG Energie +
Anlagen as its provider of engineering services when it decided to expand
the capacity. The energy centre with an electrical output of 2 MW and
refrigeration capacity of 505 kW at -6.7 C is slated for completion in
early 2014. For reasons of confidentiality, no further details of the
project can be released at the current time.
