Berliner Synchron AG has earned a positive result of TEUR 48 at the end of
its 3rd quarter, 2013. The operating income for the first nine months of
this year therefore amounts to TEUR 74. Notably the measures taken in
procurement and an improved financial income contributed significantly. The
Executive Board is pleased with these positive developments.
The resolution passed at the annual shareholders's meeting on 29th August,
2013, for a simplified capital reduction will be executed today prior to
the opening of the stock market.
