announce the addition of Matthew Robson to the Board of Directors as a
non-executive Director of the Company.
Matthew Robson, age 65, has over 40 years of experience in the field of
energy and resources having been employed with the National Coal Board. UK,
the Central Electricity Generating Board, the Electricity Supply Commission
SA (South Africa), and Anglo American Corporation. Mr. Matthew Robson is
currently a director and part-owner of BRES Power Engineering in South
Africa, which specializes in the management and engineering of projects
related to the erection and maintenance of Power Plants through-out Africa.
