Navigator Equity Solutions SE announces restructuring of the financial
services business under its subsidiary The ACON Group SE
Waalre, May 12, 2011 - Navigator Equity Solutions SE is pleased to announce
the restructuring of its financial services business under its subsidiary
The ACON Group SE, formerly The Ascendo Group N.V.
As of the end of the last year, The Ascendo Group N.V. - fully-owned
subsidiary of Navigator Equity Solutions SE - was turned into The ACON
Group SE. In addition to the change of the legal form from a Netherlands
Corporation into a European Company, the financial services business was
repositioned.
The ACON Group SE now takes up the operational consulting services of
Ascendo Management GmbH in the fields of Capital Market Advisory, Corporate
Services and Business Development Services. Ascendo Management GmbH will
focus solely on Investor and Public Relations in the future.
ACON Actienbank AG, who holds a Wertpapierhandelsbanklizenz (securities
trading bank license), further on covers the BaFin-regulated Capital
Markets business including Debt and M&A Advisory as well as Investment
Banking services.
In course of the restructuring of the financial services business, the
company also decided to design a corporate web presence.
