Dr. Rainer Reichert is new industry partner at Zurmont Madison
Zurich - May 31, 2011: Zurmont Madison Management AG is expanding its board
of directors with Dr. Rainer Reichert (61, German national), a renowned
industry expert with a broad know-how and network in medium-sized
businesses in Germany. Through the engagement of Dr. Reichert, Zurmont
Madison further strengthens its base for expanding the investment
activities in Germany.
Rainer Reichert has 30 years of experience in German industry. During his
career, he both created and expanded medium-sized businesses and conducted
numerous strategic and corporate finance transactions. He is currently a
partner and supervisory board member at Aquin&Cie. Strategic Finance AG,
a corporate finance consulting firm headquartered in Munich. Prior to that,
he acted as personally liable managing partner of F. Tacke KG / KTR
Kupplungstechnik, a medium-sized German manufacturer of power transmission
components for the machinery industry.
After graduating with degrees in business administration and psychology,
Rainer Reichert initially worked for Mannesmann AG, Fried. Krupp GmbH, as
well as for Daimler Benz AG in various management and strategic functions.
With his broad operative and industrial expertise, Rainer Reichert will
continue to strengthen the 'industry team' at Zurmont Madison and
simultaneously bring in a broad network in the German 'Mittelstand'. By his
engagement Zurmont Madison further strengthens its base for expanding the
investment activities in Germany. Zurmont Madison supports medium-sized
businesses in the course of expansion financing, succession solutions, and
MBOs.
