2007 (the 'Securities') - ISIN: XS0297230368 / WKN A0NTX1 / Common Code:
029723036 by Pfleiderer Finance B.V. (the 'Issuer'), Deventer, The
Netherlands, guaranteed, on a subordinated basis, by Pfleiderer
Aktiengesellschaft ('Pfleiderer AG').
The Issuer cancelled the bondholders' meeting scheduled for 14 June 2011.
Therefore, the invitation for the bondholders's meeting on 14 June 2011
published in the electronic Federal Gazette (elektronischer Bundesanzeiger)
on 30 May 2011 is invalid.
At the same time, the Issuer has invited the holders of the Securities (the
'Holders') to attend a bondholders' meeting (the 'Meeting') on 20 June 2011
at 11.00 am at the Hotel Hilton München Park, Am Tucherpark 7, 80538
München.
The Agenda comprises, inter alia, resolutions on the following matters:
- Resolution on the application of the German Act on Debt Securities
(Gesetzüber Schuldverschreibungen aus Gesamtemissionen) dated 31 July
2009
- Resolution to exchange the Securities into an Exchange Right relating
to shares in Pfleiderer AG
- Appointment of a joint representative of the Holders
