CBF signed further master sales contracts and expanded sales coverage

Hamburg, Germany, 6 June 2011 - CBF China Bio-Fertilizer AG signed two more
master sales contracts with new customers in two new Provinces Xinjiang and
Henan. These two new customers have committed themselves to purchase a
minimum quantity of 1,550 tonnes of bio-fertilizer in total within the next
12 months. The revenue contribution from these two contracts will be at
least RMB 16.5 million (approx. EUR 1.8 million).
'We are very excited about these two new sales contracts. They not only
make an important contribution to our sales, but we also significantly
expanded our sales coverage over the last months: Our products are now
distributed to 11 of 26 provinces in China and we are currently negotiating
further sales contracts with potential customers in other provinces,'
comments Tao JIANG, CEO of CBF China Bio-Fertilizer AG.
In February, the Company already signed two master sales contracts with new
customers in Shandong Province and in Anhui Province. The agreed minimum
quantity of 1,600 tonnes of bio-fertilizer corresponded to a revenue
contribution of at least RMB 13 million (approx. EUR 1.4 million) for the
next 12 months.

CBF China Bio-Fertilizer AG ('CBF') produces and distributes bio fertilizer
through its operating subsidiary in China. Based on its own estimates, the
company is the market leader in the Chinese market for bio fertilizer. Its
products reduce the use of conventional fertilizers and simultaneously
boost crop yields. CBF is licensed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the
People's Republic of China.
The operating subsidiary of CBF 'Shandong Chengwu Jiuzhou Science and
Technology Development Company Limited' was founded in Shandong Province,
China, in 2005, with a view to exploiting biotechnological processes for
agriculture. After three years of development work, in May 2009 the company
launched its first bio fertilizer product based on microorganisms in the
Chinese market under the brand name 'Xin Sheng Li'.
At present CBF distributes its bio fertilizer in 11 of 26 Chinese
provinces. The company intends to expand to further provinces. CBF
currently sells its fertilizer directly to major agricultural cooperatives,
plantations and wholesalers in China.
