Ericsson and M:tel enter managed services agreement in Montenegro

Montenegrin operator M:tel has signed a seven-year managed services agreement
with Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC). Ericsson will manage the operator's network
infrastructure - including the radio access network, transmission network and
core network - as well as IT operations related to value-added services and
charging and billing.

In addition, Ericsson will provide field support and maintenance, spare parts
-handling, support for enterprise IT and service desks for M:tel's end users. As
a result of the agreement, M:tel's network operations and field operations
divisions will be transferred to Ericsson.

Vladimir Lucic, CEO of M:tel, says: "We were looking for a reliable and

partnership with Ericsson. We believe this contract will enable us to improve
our focus on our core activities and facilitate even more effective and
integrated handling and management of our networks and service delivery."
