(Thomson Reuters ONE) - PÿYRY PLC Company Announcement 23 July 2009 at 9.30 a.m.APPROVAL OF SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH STOCK OPTIONSPursuant to Pöyry PLC's stock option programme 2004, 8 108 new sharesof the company have been subscribed in July 2009 with stock options2004A. The Board of Directors of Pöyry PLC has approved thesesubscriptions in its meeting on 22 July 2009. Following thesesubscriptions, the total number of the company's authorised shareswill increase to 58 898 710.The aim is to have the increase in the number of shares registered inthe Trade Register on 30 July 2009. According to the terms andconditions of stock options 2004, the subscribed new shares entitleto dividend and other shareholders' rights as of the date ofregistration of the shares into the Trade Register. The new shareswill be joined to the old shares and are expected to be available forpublic trading on the main list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on 31 July2009.The subscription period for stock options 2004A started on 1 March2007 and will end on 31 March 2010. A total of 292 236 shares havebeen subscribed with stock options 2004A by 22 July 2009.The subscription period for stock options 2004B started on 1 March2008 and will end on 31 March 2011.
