Addtech acquires Hansabattery Oy

Addtech Energy & Equipment, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today
signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Hansabattery Oy.

Hansabattery Oy sells customised batteries primarily to institutional and
industrial customers in Finland. The company represents global leading suppliers
within its product area and has a solid position within its customer and product
segments. Hansabattery Oy will be a part of the business unit Energy Storage and
the company contributes with important products to the Addtech Group's sales of
customised batteries to the Finnish and Baltic markets. Hansabattery Oy has a
revenue of approximately EUR 2 million.

The closing will take place today and the acquisition is estimated to have a
marginally positive effect on Addtech's earnings per share during the current
financial year.
