Following the announcement of 22 July 2011 on raising further finance the
Company is providing this update. The negotiations have been proceeding
well and the proposed investors have conducted most of their due diligence.
The Company is confident that a transaction will be completed which will be
subject to shareholder approval. However, shareholders should note that the
price at which the proposed investors are prepared to invest in the Company
would value the Company at a substantial discount to the Company's current
share price. This would entail therefore a heavy dilution of the current
shareholders interests. There is no guarantee that the proposals which are
currently under discussion will come to fruition and in the event that they
do not, the Directors will have to consider what, if any, options are
available. The Company hopes to be in a position to make a further
announcement shortly.
