NEW MANAGEMENT GROUP FOR SOLTEQ PLC

SOLTEQ PLC STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN ON NOVEMBER 11, 2010 at 9:00
We have changed Solteq's upper management structure to better take into account
the current challenges facing our company and to improve our operations in those
areas that we view as the most important in the future. We want to better and
more effectively serve our current and future customers' business operations and
respond quickly to their needs now and in the future.
The strategic work mentioned in the interim report dated 3 November 2010 will
continue under the Board and new management group according to plan.
Solteq Plc's management group as of 1 December 2010 will consist of:
Mira Sohlman, Business Director ERP
Matti Saastamoinen, Business Director EAM
Jouko Kiiveri, Business Director DATA
Markus Mäkelä, Business Director STORE
Riina Tervaoja, Project Director
Kai Hinno, Director of Development
Mari Kuha, HR Director
Mika Sipilä, Director of Sales
Antti Kärkkäinen, Chief Financial Officer
Repe Harmanen, Managing Director and Chairman of the Management Group
The new members of the management group are presented:
Business Director, ERP, Mira Sohlman, 33 y.o.,BBA (higher university degree).
She has worked for 13 years in different Solteq activities relating to operating
systems from software design to business management. Mira moves to this post
from the director of ERP business of the Solutions unit.
Business Director, EAM, Matti Saastamoinen, 31 y.o. MS. He has worked in Solteq
maintenance and system servicing sales and client management positions since
early 2008, most recently as the EAM Sales and Customer Care Team Manager, from
which he will move to his new position. Prior to Solteq, he worked at Andritz Oy
in sales, project and acquisition operations, as well as in business development
activities.
Business Director, DATA, Jouko Kiiveri, 50 y.o., engineer. His previous
positions include CEO of Artekus Oy and in recent years as DATA unit head in the
Solutions unit.
Business Director, STORE, Markus Mäkelä, 38 y.o, HS. He has been with the
company for six years whose work includes positions in the wholesale and retail
unit as well as in various different tasks in financial systems. Markus moves to
the new post from post of director of the STORE business operations in the
Solutions unit.
Project Director, Riina Tervaoja, 34 y.o., MBA. She has worked as an
application, project and consulting business financial officer and in controller
positions for six years at Fujitsu Services Oy and Hewlett-Packard. Before that,
she has served as the financial controller at VR companies. She has strong
experience in tasks relating to project and business application financial
operations.
Director of Development, Kai Hinno, 47 y.o., BCompSc. He has worked for most of
his career in Compaq and HP's service operations in various executive positions
both domestically and abroad. He moves to his new role from production manager
of Fujitsu Services Oy's application operations. He also has experience from
sales and marketing duties at Compaq, and well as a programming background from
the financial sector.
HR Director, Mari Kuha, 32 y.o., M.Ed. Mari's previous positions include as a
consultant in human resource development at Pöyry Oy, organizational development
at the Kokkola University Consortium Chydenius (2004-2005) and Pohto Oy in Oulu
(2001-2004). Before moving to her new position, Mari served as Personnel Manager
for Fujitsu Services Oy. Mari will begin her new job on 17 January 2011.
In accordance with the notification of 15 October 2010, Director of Sales Mika
Sipilä will work as the company's Director of Sales and as a management group
member.
Solteq Plc's Board of Directors has named Chief Financial Officer Antti
Kärkkäinen to serve as the deputy Managing Director, when needed, starting 1
December 2010.
Ilmari Vallo, who has served as head of the Solutions unit, will leave the
company at year's end. During his time, the Solutions unit began operational
changes and developments that the new management team can well develop in
operations in a new organizational model going forward.
The business divisions into four units (ERP, DATA, STORE, and EAM) have not been
changed.
